We create programmes, events and experiences to communicate plans, engage people in change, create incentives for performance and reward results.

Established in 1987; we have 350 clients; including 57 of the Times Top 100 companies. 80% of our business is repeated from the same clients and 50% of our new business is referred to us by our clients and guests.

Since 1987, the team has delivered over 20,000 events for more than 2 million people: conferences, store openings, sales incentives, recognition schemes, team building, away days and other leadership development programmes.
