Team building training 'can lead to success'

As firms face the difficulties of a recession team building training can help them ensure 2009 is a success, one expert suggests.
Work with teams, brainstorm, debate options and help others, advises Lisa Anderson, founder and president of LMA Consulting Group.
"The most successful people and businesses are surrounded by people working together to create something far more successful than any one person could create on his/her own," she explains.
As well as such team building corporate events, bosses should ensure they offer continuous improvement and learning options to staff, Ms Anderson continues.
In this way, employees can provide increased value to a firm, she explains.
A positive attitude to all aspects of business will also aid success in tough times, Ms Anderson adds.
