Tango to boost its live brand experience

International soft drinks manufacturer Britvic is set to boost the live brand experience of its drinks brand Tango.

The firm will be relaunching its limited-edition 440ml can with a music promotion.

Coupled with a new TV commercial, which will feature drum and bass remixes of a number of hymns, the new marketing drive will see Tango sponsor the main stage of the Underage Festival this August.

Tango hopes that the promotion - which will run between now and August - will allow customers to join in the live brand experience by creating their own 'you've been Tango'd' videos for the company's YouTube channel.

Adam Goodger, senior brand manager for Tango, said: "We know from the response last year that consumers loved our bigger can, so we brought it back with a new music makeover!

"Tango drinkers crave on the spot entertainment fixes and we're answering this need with a music related ... promotion."

Girl group The Saturdays recently joined forced with T-Mobile to boost the firm's live brand experience.
