Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking to boost their public profile should consider hosting live brand experience sessions, it has been claimed.
Scollin Sevan, industry expert, told Customer Getter that standing out from one's competitors is an essential part of raising a company's profile.
He said: "While big organisations spend millions of dollars to promote their brands, few small business and start-up companies have taken the time to determine their brand positioning."
The first step companies should take when considering whether to roll out live brand experiences is to sit down and determine their brand positioning, he explained.
Mr Sevan advised SMEs looking to raise their company's profile to investigate working with an agency, as these will often have the experience needed to put a company's ideas into practice.
One company which recently rolled out a UK-wide live brand experience was Cadbury's, which has launched its Spots v Stripes campaign with a number of events throughout the UK.
