RSA to celebrate 300th birthday with live brand experience
Date: 18/06/2010
Insurer RSA is set to celebrate its 300th birthday by attempting to break a Guinness World Record.
The RSA will host a live brand experience gig - featuring singer-song writer James Blunt - in an aeroplane as it flies over London.
Global Radio has organised the high-flying gig and is giving away 150 tickets to Heart FM listeners.
Taking place on June 29th, the live brand experience will build on RSA's More Than sponsorship of Heart FM's mid-morning show.
Commenting on the record attempt, Clare Sheikh, group strategy, customer and marketing director at RSA, said: "As part of our 300th anniversary celebrations, we wanted to do something really special to build on More Than's partnership with Heart."
Software developer EA Sports recently broke a Guinness World Record in London's Trafalgar Square for the largest number of people taking part in a single football match on a gaming console.
