Mobile phone company Orange has announced that is launching a new reward and recognition initiative to enhance talent and skills in the workplace.
In a report for HR Magazine, it was revealed that the telecommunications giant is applying the scheme to improve sales techniques and best practice, with the programme bringing together training personalised to each worker.
Orange hopes that it will both develop morale and give employees a greater understanding of the objectives they can work towards.
Speaking to the publication, Jean Pascal Von Overbeke stated the organisation is making a "serious investment" in its human resources as part of its desire to attract the best people for the job.
He continued: "Our vision is to build a world-class sales team that is motivated and inspired and knows how to deliver the right customer experience and return for Orange."
Orange is involved with a number of philanthropic interests, supporting Unicef and expanding to interests outside of its domestic base of France in 2005.
