Motivating employees who are responsible for monitoring and maintain information can help in the fight against data breaches, it is claimed.

"In this situation, IT managers must play an important role through their liaison with staff," he comments.
Managers must ensure team building efforts deal with the importance of data protection, he suggests.

Workshops will focus on data centre locations and the advantages a good base can offer.
