Mercedes-Benz using live brand experience this summer

Car giant Mercedes-Benz has announced that it will be opening its live brand experience centre in Surrey to the public this summer for a range of activities.

Anyone visiting the centre will be able to take part in the Mercedes-Benz driving Academy, with the top performers winning the chance to compete against 2008 Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton.

Kids will be able to take part in their own 4x4 driving experience, alongside a professional in a dual-controlled Mercedes.

There will also be classic and new cars on display and a simulator ride which takes attendees into the heart of the firm's production line.

Earlier this month, it was reported that the RAC is to launch a new drive-in movie live brand experience throughout August.

Box office hits such as Dirty Dancing, The Italian Job and Transformers will be shown in both London and Staffordshire over the course of the month.
