Liverpool hotel is 'best in UK' for conferences

A hotel in Liverpool has been given a prestigious award following an inspection of its corporate events facilities, it has been reported.

The Atlantic Tower, which is owned by Thistle, has been named the best hotel in the country following a £4 million refurbishment, beating another 200 venues in the process of winning the VenueVerdict prize.

General manager of the facility David Daly stated that the achievement of the business is a testament to the "high standard of service" which guests using events organisers will expect from Atlantic Tower.

He continued: "At the heart of everything we do is the guest experience and Thistle is constantly reviewing its standards to ensure they fit with customer needs.

"This accolade is also recognition for the team's hard work and dedication."

Atlantic Tower is also located in a prime position in Liverpool, sitting near the Dock Front - a Unesco World Heritage Site - as well as being right next door to the iconic Liver Building.
