Jewellery exhibition 'great for brand experiences'

Date: 08/09/2009

The strength in sales which a live brand experience can bring to a company has been demonstrated at a recent event in the capital, according to its organisers.

Taking place at Earl's Court in London this week, the International Jewellery London 2009 show brought together companies dealing in necklaces, earrings and bracelets, with many using live brand experiences to connect with their target market.

Syreeta Tranfield, the event manager for the exhibition, said that a great number of business attendees had made a brilliant effort with their stands this year and all were well-received enough for her to believe there were no stand-out winners.

She said of live brand experiences: "There is no sales representative who can see the same number of clients in four days on the road that they can see during an exhibition.

"Apart from it being an exceptionally good use of time, they get to meet new customers they may not have met otherwise and it is a great branding opportunity for them."

Earlier this month, Kodak announced that it would be launching a major new live brand experience to promote its commercial print and publishing business for businesses, entitling it It's Time for You AND Kodak.
