Airline Jet2.com and tour operator Jet2holidays.com have launched a sales incentive programme to all UK-registered travel agents in a bid to improve morale and sales.
Launched at the start of July and in operation to the end of September, it offers employees top prizes of a Mini convertible and flat screen TV and DVD player.
Runner-up offerings include free flights, allowing agents to take a much-deserved holiday after months of hard work ensuring others have the trip of their dreams.
"The agent incentive competitions are a great way to boost morale and highlight how important the agents are to us," explained group trade sales manager Alan Cross.
Jet2 is also operating a mystery shopper sales incentive programme this summer, giving travel agents the chance to win free flights if they recommend the firm's offerings.
