Although there is a major emphasis on flexible working in today's environment, one major resource has provided a few top tips for businesses looking for ways to get their workforce moving.
The Department of Business, Innovation and Skills passed on the list of recommendations to Bytestart, highlighting the importance of using team building corporate events in creating a solid level of communication and allowing for a better bond between different levels of a company.
It continued: "Give your staff the right support. A third (33 per cent) of bosses report increasing investment in training, motivation or staff rewards this year.
"This may help to ensure you secure the loyalty of your staff and that everyone is focussed on the common goals ahead."
It recommended that people may want to take free advice from the government through its online channels to improve understanding before consulting a corporate events management specialist.
As a means of improving accommodation for those hosting team building corporate events, Marriott recently announced that it would be allowing people to block-book rooms in one of its 3,000+ hotels.
