The Flintshire wing of an international logistics company is celebrating the results of its latest set of results, attributing its training scheme to the need for its employees to be motivated.
Speaking to the Flintshire Chronicle, TDG's contract manager Anthony Holme stated that going further than one needs to when training individuals on a workforce is a good way of retaining workers.
He said: "We invest in our employees as a person and in return this enhances performance and motivation, allowing us to perform more efficiently."
This above-and-beyond attitude may encourage many companies to consider the benefits of team building events for their workers, with incentive schemes produced with the help from events management also resulting in a possible huge improvement in efficiency.
Based in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Holland, Belgium and Germany, TDG employs over 7,000 people and represents clients such as Argos, Early Learning Centre and Honda.
