Innovative sales incentive programme 'boosts performance'

Date: 15/07/2009

GN Netcom started up the MINI Cooper Drive Further Campaign, which recognises strong team building with its partners while rewarding one particularly hard-working employee with a MINI Cooper Hardtop.

Rob McDonnell of Jenne Distributors in Ohio was given the grand prize for his high performance.

David Grazio of GN Netcom, which pioneered the scheme, said: "The MINI Cooper Drive Further Campaign is a prime example of the cooperation and outside-the-box thinking our team needs to generate new business."

Sally Wagner, a director at Jenne Distributors where the prize was won, said: "GN Netcom is committed to helping our partners achieve positive business results and we are pleased that the programme was able to generate some fun and excitement for our partners."

Last week, Jet2 announced that it was turning to a sales incentive programme to improve morale and turnover in the current economic climate.
