A leading call centre software retailer is using live brand experiences at industry exhibitions, it has been revealed.
I-Net plans to set up a race using its software at the upcoming Call Centre EXPO at the NEC on September 21st and 22nd.
Call centre managers are invited to use their software to try and get the fastest time for provisioning and activating live numbers, with the fastest contestant winning an iPad.
Eugene Doogan, managing director at I-Net, explained that the company would be putting a leader board in place with the fastest times on display for the general public.
She said that the industry demands faster speed, more control and a higher rate of flexibility.
Ms Doogan said: "That's why we're running the challenge so visitors can not only see, but also experience at our stand how easy it is to get what they want for their call centres."
Earlier this month, industry expert Scollin Sevan told Customer Getter that small and medium-sized enterprises should consider rolling out live brand experiences to raise the interest of clients and customers.
