Businesses interested in corporate conferences may consider Bath Lodge Castle, a Grade II-listed fortress which has been suggested by Event Magazine as a perfect location for these types of events.
Bath Lodge Castle, originally constructed in 1806, is the main lodge of six which border one of the largest estates in England and boasts towers, battlements and portcullis.
The fortress, once used as a B&B, is now used for business events such as corporate team building activities and, despite its historical atmosphere, it is fully equipped with modern technology, including Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art audio equipment.
As well as offering overnight accommodation for 16 guests in eight en-suite rooms, the castle features two dining areas and a lounge area for corporate conferences.
For outdoor activities, a marquee with capacity for 150 guests can be provided.
Corporate conferences are used by many companies to increase staff motivation and performance, and can include team building events, award ceremonies and even themed parties.
