Now that all the hype over Celebrity Big Brother has calmed down why not use the idea for a corporate team building event?

Observing the behaviour of other employees not just informs members of staff on how to behave, but allows them to highlight ways to move forward too.

Big Sister experiences in which companies see their staff put into a furnished perspex box allows analysis to be undertaken in a unique way.

It is safe to presume that nobody will follow in the footsteps of Celebrity Big Brother winner Denise Welch with her antics, but observing employee interaction can be just as interesting.

Taking inspiration from the television series, participants could be set the task of writing poetry which is then read aloud and perhaps this could be on a specific theme, such as the product the firm supplies.

It also helps with employee bonding as everyone is brought to the same level with company bosses and directors able to go into the perspex box alongside everyone else.

There is also the chance to vote members of the Big Sister house out as well, so the power lies in the hands of those on the outside.
