ExCeL London hailed for green credentials

ExCeL London has impressed judges again this year, with the corporate event holder coming away with two prizes at the Exhibition News Awards.

The facility, which made the news this month for hosting the G20 summit, won Best Venue Support and the Green Award, in turn picking up the most gongs at the ceremony held by Indigo2 of London, with over 500 people attending the event.

Liverpool's Arena and Convention Centre was hailed for its support staff, while the Business Design Centre was praised for demonstrating the "most creative use of space".

ExCeL London is currently hosting the Grand Designs London Live event, taking place between April 25th and May 4th, hosted by TV personality and property expert Kevin McCloud, a firm proponent of green business and property development.

The facility is still a firm favourite with corporate event organisers around the country, with Clothes Show London also slated to begin on May 29th.
