Endemol, the Netherlands-based independent production company behind runaway hits like Big Brother and Golden Balls, has impressed VIPs around the world with a live brand experience hosted at Cannes' MIPTV event.
As well as entertaining guests with a giant bottle of champagne and a giant sofa, Endemol used the live communication to showcase four of its key TV programmes, including The Marriage Ref and 101 Ways to Leave a Gameshow.
"We had a phenomenal response to the invites, with double the amount of people wanting to attend," commented Endemol's Camilla Valim.
"On the night we were over capacity by 65 per cent - which was fantastic - with crowds evenly spread over the course of the evening."
The company reports that it has seen a significant increase in interest in the four key programmes on display at the live brand experience.
Endemol is named after co-founders Joop van den Ende and John de Mol, who launched the company in 1994.
