"Moods will instantly rise when Christmas is brought into the workplace."
Earlier in the month, McKinsey Quarterly revealed that employees sometimes prefer non-financial motivators instead of monetary rewards, meaning businesses ought to be more creative with their incentives and recognition schemes.
