Employee motivation: The MotivAction Group provide bespoke reward trip for TNT employees

This time of year is a great time to boost staff morale and reward your employees with corporate incentive gifts and benefits.

TNT, the parcel delivery service, did exactly that when they brought in the MotivAction Group to organise a incentive trip for the top performing staff of the year.

Those who work for the company know what is on offer if they work well, as TNT are no stranger to running incentives and recognition schemes and have had several over the years.

Every aspect of the incentive trip was tailored towards the criteria of TNT from the planning and communication, which included a website dedicated to the reward, and travel and activities.

Lillehammer was the destination for 83 lucky staff who undertook a weekend jam packed with team building and other exciting activities.

When else would you get to go bobsledding on an Olympic track and eat traditional Norwegian meals? Definitely a story to tell back in the office.

Lillehammer was the location of the 1994 Olympic Games and it is expected that with the Games being held in London next year there may be an increase in reward packages centring around the event.
