Staff at Teach First will be consulted on what incentives and recognition they would like to receive, as the charity launches an employee discounts website.
Teach First will use surveys and focus groups to ask its 180 staff what type of flexible benefits they would like to see introduced in October this year, Employee Benefits reported.
Will Davies, HR director at Teach First, told the news provider: "Part of our culture at Teach First is very much collaboration. I didn't want to launch a flex scheme without giving employees the opportunity to contribute to what it would look like."
Mr Davies added that he wanted to make employees feel part of the reward package.
"Being a fairly young population, I am sure there are a lot of different things we can bring in, such as subsidised gym membership, a Taste London card and financial education."
A report from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development recently showed that employee motivation is higher at companies with a shared purpose, as 84 per cent working in a company with a shared purpose were engaged in the workplace and showed better employee performance.
