Employee motivation: MotivAction team grows bigger

The MotivAction Group has seen its team grow to 51 members of staff in 2011, based at its headquarters in Hertfordshire.

As demand has grown for experiential learning and marketing, corporate team building and employee motivation events, so has the business.

A recruitment drive halfway through the year has meant that new employees have taken up roles in client services, operations, business support and design.

David Buxton, managing director of the MotivAction Group, said: "During 2012, we are intending to recruit more within the account management and project management teams and we are always keen to speak to talented, determined, interesting people to help us fulfil our exciting growth plans."

Understanding the importance of experiential learning, the company has employed people who are specialists in their role.

With all these new employees coming on board,  its a good thing that The MotivAction Group is an agency with plenty of experience in brand communication, team building and employee motivation.
