A leading event host in the capital is to undergo an overhaul at the end of July in order to improve its modernity and customer services, it has been revealed.
The London Congress Centre, which is known to hold team building corporate events, will be refurbishing its entrance space to meet the expectations of the current market, according to Event Magazine.
A long glass registration desk will be complemented with back-lit, colour-changing discs as well as a 103-inch plasma TV, which will keep people abreast of developments.
The work, expected to finish in September, will also improve overall lighting and flooring, it was added.
Speaking to the news provider, conference and sales manager Ruby Lyall said: "When complete, the new area will be brighter and more welcoming and will enable clients to effectively brand the entrance to their event for maximum impact."
Earlier this month, Eastleigh Borough Council announced that it would be investing £30 million in the Rose Bowl, the home of Hampshire County Cricket Club, in order to enhance provisions for team building conferences.
