BMA House has got the right idea as a venue knowing how to show off its assets by hosting a client party every year.
This year's event has just taken place and those on the venue's client list were treated to the sort of luxury their guests could expect should they hire the venue for corporate conferences or events.
As well as showcasing the impressive function spaces throughout the renovated Grade II listed building a whole assortment of food options were also available.
By creating the experience for the corporate event management professionals who make the decision as to where to host events then a venue is more likely to appeal to them.
Different rooms were set up in a variety of ways in order to exemplify the flexibility of the venue and with 17 rooms purpose built with corporate events in mind the opportunities are endless.
Sarah Bright, head of events for BMA House, said: "Guests were shown a range of fun and exciting opportunities that would be possible when hiring the venue."
