A venue which will be capable of holding 3,000 people is to be built next to the Olympic Stadium at a cost of £7.5 million in order to hold those who buy corporate packages for the Games.
Corporate event management staff will be able to offer visitors a choice of six restaurants in the three-storey Prestige Pavilion.
The flagship temporary venue which will have a huge Olympic themed statue in its atrium is just one of several to be built for the Games with corporate hospitality in mind.
Other structures are to be built at Greenwich Park, Horse Guards Parade and Eton Dorney so that comfort can be guaranteed for those expected to attend the Games as a corporate guest.
A variety of corporate packages are on offer ranging from £325 to £4,500 with the opening and closing ceremonies coming with the heftiest price tags.
It is estimated that the Games will involve 63,000 people to organise the event.
