Although many may not consider it as their first choice destination for a conference, the second city of Estonia has been touted as a great city for corporate events.
In a piece for iReport, the city of Tartu - the capital of southern Estonia - is described as having "great historical heritage" and well-developed, economically speaking.
Hosting over 4,000 events every year, the city is compact yet provides a number of large conference suites, with many of them situated around the city's prolific university and able to seat up to 430 delegates.
The website continued: "It is the cradle of the Estonian Song Festival, Estonian theatre and the Estonian state; Tartu is the intellectual capital of Estonia where national awareness and the culture of Estonia was born."
It added that only a two-hour drive separates Tartu from the capital city of Tallinn, where the nation's main airport is found.
Lonely Planet, the world-famous travel guide, says Tartu provides visitors with a more authentic feel of Estonia, with the high amount of students giving the historic city some liveliness and sophistication.
