The installation of a customer relationship management (CRM) system at a company has been assisted with the use of staff incentives, it has been revealed.
In a successful implementation of the CRM computer software, which helps businesses keep in touch with clients in a much more effective way, the Provident Bank has harnessed performance targets to benefit both the employee and customers.
Commenting on the scheme, Marcia Blunt of the company said: "We have improved sales results and satisfied customers with the added attention and higher value they receive. In this industry, these are improvements that translate directly to the bottom line."
With this recognition scheme for its employees, Ms Blunt commented that everyone was a winner, adding that core financial accounts had increased for the firm as had back-end operations.
According to About Employee Benefits, incentive schemes have the ability to create healthy competition between workmates in a sales force and thus drive turnover in a company.
