Communication 'necessary for open working environment'

Motivating and incentivising good staff is something that lies at the very centre of management, with one expert underlining how team building conferences can be harnessed to tap into the needs of workers.

Guy Norgrove of Fresh Business Thinking explained that many organisations need to improve this interaction to achieve the best teamwork possible, converting the synchronicity into sales.

He explained that one "holy grail" in particular for the workplace relies solely on communication - something undoubtedly assisted by corporate events management.

Mr Norgrove described the environment as one: "Where the simple interaction of all staff with all management, and the intimate understanding of issues, opportunities and challenges would make a lot of problems irrelevant. Where a sense of team would be more prevalent."

Health should also be a major concern for employers, according to Adrian Gaskell, the content and communities manager at the Chartered Management Institute, who said that morale and employee motivation are tied to this in workers.
