Plenty of live brand experiences and team building conferences could be heading to Battersea Power Station in the coming weeks after the Boiler House was approved as a temporary venue, it has been reported.
According to Event Magazine, planning permission has been given to the south Thames location, which will provide 1,200 sq m of room to those wanting to bring together attendees in a team building corporate event.
1st Option will operate the space, which can hold up to 1,000 people and will feature a ten-metre clear roof to allow some great views of the rest of the building, it was added.
Speaking to Event Magazine, Elias Devries and Tarek Gjonnes, the co-directors of 1st Option, said it will be "one of the most exciting venues London has seen in years" and will be available from Monday to Saturday - with lots of events pencilled in, including some live brand experiences and product launches.
Battersea Power Station was built in the 1930s and was finally decommissioned in 1983.
