A leading event host in Scotland may be targeted for future team building conferences following a positive review after a recent event at the location.
The Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) hosted the Press & Journal Energy Ball, the newspaper reported, with a special appearance by Strictly Come Dancing's Anton Du Beke and Erin Boag, who showed off a few dance routines.
Over 900 people attended the annual black-tie event on Saturday, which raised money for Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres.
Managing director of Aberdeen Journals Alan Scott told the Press & Journal: "Given the current economic climate, it was fantastic to have so many people there.
"It was a first-class night. Everyone I spoke to had a great time. AECC did a great job - the arena looked fabulous and the food was good."
Russell Howard is set to perform at the AECC later in the year, with a number of corporate events taking place in the months leading up to the comedian's appearance.
