Hogan founded and runs Persuasion Skills, an organisation
which serves as the vehicle for his Persuasion Skills System
of ethical and persuasive communication strategies. based
on NLP, hypnosis and social psychology. Marc has developed
expertise in these techniques over the past ten years,
specialising in all aspects of ethical persuasion. With
a compelling mix of psychological techniques, hypnosis,
business acumen, common sense and ready wit, he brings
a contagious enthusiasm to all his work ensuring that his
clients’ message really connects with their audience.
Marc began his career in sales, marketing and training for international
blue-chip and Times Top 100 companies, specialising in electronics, pharmaceuticals
and utilities. His interest in motivation and persuasion dates back to
his teens, when he first used self-hypnosis to banish exam nerves. This
fuelled a life-long fascination for the power of the mind to effect profound
and sustained behavioural change, which he continues to refine and incorporate
into professional practice for his blue-chip client base.
Marc once featured in the UK Top Careers Forum sponsored by The Times.
He advises organisations ranging from business and consulting, technology
and computing through to media and academe; and has trained thousands
of individuals to become more persuasive in a variety of situations from
sales to flirting!
Marc now brings this unique and exciting skill set to MotivAction’s training
courses. He is a member of the Society of NLP, the General Hypnotherapy
Register and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.
