John Weston
John Weston is an experienced trainer and personal development consultant,
and the founder and director of Stella Nova Consulting. He provides executive
coaching, training and strategic consulting to the public and voluntary
sectors, as well as one-to-one coaching.
John’s background in training and development within the charity sector
led to eight years at the Institute of Directors, where he spent five
as Director of Development, responsible for the training, consulting
and coaching of senior executives and directors. He now uses this wealth
of experience, coupled with his extensive knowledge of experiential learning
and outdoor education, to deliver leadership and management training,
coaching and consulting.
He provides considerable input to MotivAction’s experiential training
programmes, and also facilitates these events to ensure that specific
learning outcomes are achieved by all participants.
