Jon Webb
Jon has worked across a wide range of business sectors including local
government; catering, hotels and hospitality; facilities and property
management; oil and petrochemical; telecommunications; retail and health.
His operational and training management experience in the service sector
enables him to provide a pragmatic approach to developing people – many
of his clients have gone on to enhance their own business significantly
and become leaders in their field.
Jon is a member of the British Quality Foundation (European Foundation
for Quality Management), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development,
the Association for Management Education and Development, the British
Institute of Facilities Management, and the Derbyshire Chamber of Commerce.
He is a Fellow of the Hotel Catering International Management Association,
a certified training practitioner with the British Accreditation Bureau,
and is a licensed operator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator for psychometric
profiling.
In January 2006, he received the inaugural British Accreditation Bureau
(BAB) Gold Award for the highest consistent Satisfaction Index Rating
of over 10,000 BAB registered Consultant Practitioners. He is also an
Advisor and Assessor for the Investors in Excellence standard.
Jon’s interests includes sailing, he is a member of the Tall Ships Youth
Trust, a number of outdoor activities, and playing the piano (purely
for personal entertainment!). He is married with two children and lives
in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
