Denise Neville
Denise Neville is a Human Resources Professional with particular expertise
in the impact of organisational change and outsourcing on team performance.
She has worked within Human Resources Management for many years and prides
herself on providing her clients with practical advice and guidance in
the best practice and management of HR and Employment legislation.
Denise began her career as an HR professional within the IT Industry,
where she was appointed Head of HR for global business consulting group
ATOS. In this role she developed HR Strategy and company policy and guided
the business through a period of significant growth and change.
Her extensive experience of the effective management of people, particularly
in times of profound change, ideally places her to offer sensitive but
constructive advice to businesses of all sizes and industry sectors.
She is a member of the CIPD, has an MSc in HR Strategy specialising in
Outsourcing, and more recently gained the CIPD’s Advanced Certificate
in Employment Law.
Her broad client base includes major business sectors as well as charities,
and she has developed and delivered many training courses and workshops
to support Directors and managers as they negotiate the impact of employment
legislation on effective people management.
Denise brings a vast knowledge base to MotivAction, offering insights
into HR legislation and Best Practice as well as performance improvement
and change management.
