Tim Waygood
Tim Waygood is the founder of The MotivAction Group plc.
An alumnus of the Windsor Leadership Trust and the Harvard Owner/President
Management (OPM) Programme, Tim is passionately interested in the complex
drives and motivations which underlie the development of corporate culture
and the emergence of common corporate values.
He has over twenty years’ experience translating the theory and principles
of excellent leadership into practice within organisations, underpinned
by a constant striving to make the complex simple. His particular skills
for generating effective leadership development experiences and stimulating
creative thinking have become integral to the philosophy of the MotivAction
Group.
Founded in 1987, the business grew rapidly from an initial investment
of £10. Now with a full-time staff of over 100 people the business has
won 5 major industry awards and become the subject of a case study at
Harvard Business School.
Tim continues to work with clients, devoting significant time and effort
to designing solutions that are both innovative and principled examples
of best practise. He has extensive experience of working across all business
sectors and especially enjoys working with down to earth people.
