Our business is about inspiring people; creating engagement through motivation, communication and education. We create programmes, events and experiences to communicate plans, engage people in change, create incentives for performance and reward results.

 

Our team of 60 full time and 150 part-time people deliver 700 programmes and 1000 events each year: conferences, store openings, sales incentives, recognition schemes, team building, away days and other leadership development programmes.

 

Established in 1987; we have 350 clients; including 57 of the Times Top 100 companies. 80% of our business is repeated from the same clients and 50% of our new business is referred to us by our clients and guests.
