Trainee Event Manager

Working within MotivAction as follows: -

• Actively participating in a wide portfolio of events to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be an effective, flexible and adaptable Event Manager.
• Utilising the skills, knowledge and experience within the business team to quickly become competent and confident in the delivery of smaller scale events within a limited product remit.
• Working within the Operations team to ensure excellent standards of event and client service delivery and exceed expectations throughout the experience.
• Demonstrating an aptitude and desire to be actively involved in both business and personal development projects.  Being a natural and enthusiastic team player and team manager.
• Representing the core values of MotivAction throughout the role.

Duties Would Include the Following:

• Working on  wide variety of events as member of crew
• Shadowing Event Management team in all elements of role
• Participating in all stages of the Event Management function from conception, through delivery and to review
• Assuming management responsibilities on small scale projects or events
• Providing excellent client service both internally and externally

Skills and Experience Required

• Full driving license
