Summary of Job

Working within The MotivAction Group as follows:-
1. To achieve a financial target for gross profit sold
2. To actively seek new clients for The MotivAction Group
supported by generic and individual sales and marketing
initiatives
3. To maintain and develop relationships and opportunities
across a portfolio of client contacts
4. To ‘sell’ The MotivAction Group portfolio of services
and products to corporate clients through personal appointments,
pitches and presentations whilst being supported by other
Team members
5. To maintain a high level of contact and research activity
across a pre-determined portfolio of client contacts in
order to identify individual and team opportunity
6. To work in co-ordination with other Team members in
overseeing the compilation of proposals and pitch documents
7. To be part of the Presentation Team for business pitches
when appropriate
8. To have a working knowledge of The MotivAction Group
portfolio of services and products
9. To work well within a team and across teams in order
to involve the best people within the business to maximise
the client opportunity
10. To adhere to company systems and procedures at all
times
11. To comply with all company policies including the Company’s
Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
Skills and Experience Required
• Selling and presentation skills potential
• Experience within an operational role is a benefit
• Demonstrable ability to support colleagues in generating
new, networked and developed business opportunities
• Demonstrable ability to generate new business opportunities,
developing and converting business across all areas of The
MotivAction Group portfolio
• The ability to initiate and maintain excellent client relationships
• Demonstrable ability in the compilation and presentation
of new business proposals/pitches
• Display of excellent communication skills
• Be self-motivated, well organised and a team player. A mature,
pro-active approach is required
• PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a knowledge of
databases
• Ability to respond well under pressure

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors to help us deliver brand
experiences across mainland Britain.
The work is mainly at the weekend and can vary from one to three days usually
although longer runs occasionally take place. It is normal for the crew to meet
the evening before and stay overnight whatever the location.
Travel to the locations and overnights are paid and expenses covered). Pay varies
as to the individual and circumstances, we will
run through the detail on the recruitment day.
Most of the work involves various methods of approaching potential customers
from leaflets to give-aways to product demonstrations. It’s really important
to us that our ambassadors understand the brand they represent and that you engage
the correct profile of customer to which the brand appeals.
We already have a fun team but fortunately due to increasing demands we are looking
to grow the team further and so are looking for like-minded people to join us
on an ad hoc basis.

Brand Event Managers lead our teams of Ambassadors in the
delivery of the events.
They are responsible for everything on location including:
- Store relations
- Local council and shopping centre management relations
- Motivating and looking after the brand team
- Leading by example in participation of engaging with customers
- Ensuring all Health And Safety is complied
- Accurate and clear completion of event paperwork
Event managers should already have knowledge of brand experience work and be
mature in their approach although not necessarily their age. They should be happy
to really engage with the brand and live its values during the course of the
event.

We are looking for talented graphic and
web design freelancers to provide additional support to our
in-house design team during peak periods.
Graphic Designers
- Creating design for print and digital
use, ranging from invitations, posters and booklets to large
format banners, exhibition panels and e-shots.
- Essential skills: Adobe InDesign,
Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Freehand illustration and 3D design
also useful.
- Experience in the corporate events industry
and/or branding an advantage.
Web Designers
with combined design, web development and programming skills.
Experience in Dreamweaver, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and CSS
essential. Adobe Flash also useful.
Videographers & Editors
We are looking for an individual(s) to undertake approx. 30
days ad-hoc work, filming & editing promotional movies
to support our corporate marketing activity.
- Must have own video & editing equipment
- Ideally individual(s) will have combined
filming & editing skills
- Excellent communication skills – you
will be interacting with our clients on location at events
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia
Flash etc also useful
- Must have own transport

Event Instructors required
to help set up, run and pack down various events such as Motorised
days, fun days, Treasure Trails, Team builds and so much more.
The role is based on a ‘0’ hour’s contract
working as required/available with our most busy period approaching. Our
events are for corporate clients all over the country and from
time to time abroad with all transport, crew and kit leaving
form our head office in Ardeley; because of the remote location
of our site its imperative you can drive. A good sense of humour
is a must as are excellent interpersonal skills.

Summary of role:
Our Project Managers work across the range of experiential
campaigns and live events. Key tasks include:
Conducting research for the production of events and proposals
Assisting in solution design and ideas generation
Compiling proposals and project budgets
Negotiating with suppliers
Delivering against financial and service targets
Client presentations
Delivering projects from brief, through detailed planning to
reconciliation
Effectively communicating with clients, partners and suppliers
Managing third party relationships and project teams, including
on-site
Consistently exceeding expectations of clients and colleagues
Developing effective relationships with clients and partners
