A wish to avoid petty, back-biting, hierarchical organisations with dull, controlling
management sparked a small revolt in 1987. The challenge;
build an inspiring business with £10.00.
Against all odds, through listening to clients, wild innovation and hard
work, we survived and grew. By making work fun and fun work we flourished,
leading to a decade of 40% year on year growth; the fruits of saying
“it can be done!”
There are now many of us sharing the same vision - all aiming to inspire
people and build a brilliant business, by listening to and creating with
our clients to exceed expectations.
Although proud of our past awards and achievements, we are fundamentally
forward thinking. This is a journey with no limit.
We are entrusted with our clients’ most important assets; their people,
customers, consumers and partners. We motivate, communicate and educate,
to inspire and lead change.
Our strategy is to attract, develop and retain great people to do great
work for great clients.
